I don’t eat red meat much, very seldomly but you should never deprive yourself and just splurge once a week. Otherwise, the diet will never work, you’ll end up cheating more and not lose the weight. You deserve to splurge once in a while. Thank God I have a high metabolism, but I still watch what I eat, and eat healthy.

@belleke18 Yeah I realize that, I’ve traveled all over the world, but usually those burger joints aren’t very popular like supposedly they are here. Americans are the ones typically ’stereotyped’ as all we eat is burgers, so it is refreshing to hear someone from another country admit they enjoy them.
