You might of heard this advice before but it is true. These meals are small in portion and are planned correctly. Keeping yourself 'full' consuming the correct amount of calories will stop you overeating.

3. Eat plenty of foods containing fibre. Fibre is great for digestion, keeping regular is a must and will help to keep your body detoxed. Fibre will fill you up and stop hunger pains for much longer. Fibre is very low in calories, and there are many types of fibre foods you can introduce into your fast weight loss solution diet. For example, chickpeas, potatoes, strawberries, apples, and figs.

4. Consume more 'good fats' These good fats can be found in all oily fish. For example salmon, mackral and sardines. The good fats are called 'essential fatty acids' which Im sure you have heard of. These fatty acids are known as linoleic and linolenic acids.

5. Add more quality lean protein to your diet. Try to add more protein and cut down on the amount of carbs you intake. Protein will help to keep you feeling full for longer, and aid you in your weight loss exercise by building stronger muscles which will burn more fat. Some good protein choices are skimmed milk, egg whites, fish and shrimps.

Weight Loss; eating what food?

hi im 16.63kg In one day I eat:
__________________________
BREAKFAST: 1 leaf lettuce
4 broccolis
2 eggs
1 green tea

Snack: 1 lettuce leaf
50g baby carrots
6 broccolis

Snack: 1 lettuce leaf
7 strawberries

LUNCH: 1 roasted chicken breast
1 lettuce leaf
50g cauli flowers, 2 leaf spinach

Snack: 25g carrots and 2 leaf lettuce
1 green tea
2 leaf spinach

DINNER: 1 roasted chicken breast
1 lettuce leaf
4 broccolis

8 GLASSES OF WATER

All that is around 1000 calories, around 60g carbs i want to get it up to 1200-1500 calories. Would a protein shake help?

i powerwalk on a treadmill for 45 min a day

I want to lose fat. Should i decrease the amount of carbs i intake? plz correct me if im wrong.

You need to eat protein with every meal to speed up weight loss.

For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.

Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)

For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
