Calorie Weight Loss

Question about weight loss/Calorie Intake?

I am 5ft.9in. and weigh 149 pounds. I would love to be at 135 pounds. I have ten weeks to do this. (In a weight loss group and we have 10 weeks to complete our goal.) My BMI is 22. What would be my ideal calorie intake if to lose approx. 1.4 pounds a week?? Any ideas on cheap good snacks, meals, etc. I work full time, student full time and have a part time job... so I need something portable and easy to make. Any suggestions? I am new at all of this so anything could help! Thanks so much!
Just so everyone is clear...I am doing this because I am not super thin. I look thin...but I am not. My stomach is nowhere near "toned" and I need to work on my theighs. I want to be healthy and I don't think there is anything wrong with that.

Im also 5"9 and i weigh like 140.
right now "im trying" to lose weight.
dont think of this as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle!
This is what i do.
i lose about 3 pounds each week.
i sighned up for the gym..but if you cant then heres some tips.

eat healthy.
Stay away from bread & sweets.
buy some sugar free popsicles. those things are only like 15 calories and they taste like not sugar free!
Exersize!

Do alot of crunches and jog.
This will help.
Even if you sat on the couch all day long and didnt eat sweets & bread you would lose weight!
Go ahead girl!
