Then you slowly stir in powdered milk (one cup). Fold the yolks into the batter and mix together.

Store covered in your refrigerator until ready to use. To make the drink use the mix and add two teaspoons of the batter in a cup and add about three quarters hot water. Stir until batter is dissolved and then add one ounce of rum. Any kind is fine. You can add a little brandy too if you want. Sprinkle nutmeg on top and the drink is ready to go.
