Ok I'm turning 24 this year and my body is starting to sag! I'm starting the gym to help this but want a better diet too. My ideal physique is brad pit in fight club. I'm not interested in being a body builder and too large, I just want to be nicely toned. so are there any planned diets online I can refer to or can someone write me one so that my work out has maximum effect. Im sick of seeing my man boobs. also any other tips like what I should be doing at the gym. or how many calories and fat i should be eating.

I weigh 75kg and am 6ft tall
Have 1 to 2 minutes of rest between sets stretch out daily.
Here goes the weight workout plan I recommend
Day 1) chest/back
Day 2) arms/shoulders
Day 3) legs
Sprint, Work abs, forearms and calves everyday
Nothing beats healthy eating.
Concentrate on overall fitness and maintaining a healthy heart.
For best results, eat six times a day. Try balancing your meals 70% protein 30% carbs.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels.
Eat your proteins from lean sources (Chicken, fish, boiled eggs, lean beef with all the fat drained off) and beans (lentil, lima, chile or any type of bean)
For your carbs stay away from breads, pasta and rice. They do provide energy but they are high in calories. Choose leafy vegetables, carrots, raisins, broccoli and fresh fruits. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA
