help with a detox diet?
okay so since school started [a couple weeks ago] i haven't been eating healthy. I'm often gassy and my stomach hurts when i eat after school. I'm hoping to do a simple and basic detox diet, i know you're supposed to lose weight fast, but you also gain it back. And that it also is supposed to give you more energy and just all around healthier when you're done. I've been looking to change my life, and getting healthy is a very important part of that [useless information i suppose, lol]
while on these diets is it okay to work out too?

There are SOOOOOO many different detox diets. If you have a juicer, that's a great way to do it! If your DON'T, then go to the store and buy fruit juices, tomato or V8 juice, chicken broth, and distilled or purified water with FRESH squeezed lemons to detoxify your liver. Drink a variety of juices. If you can purchase organic...do so.
You will likely be drinking a glass of juice every hour or two to keep satisfied and to keep your energy up. You can exercise, but your energy level will be low...so go easy! It's actually best to NOT exercise.
