@webkinz333 depends on your height first, not all about pounds. someone 6 ft at 110 would be skin and bones, someone 4 ft would look about average. just get excercise and eat healthy food. You are at an age where the body will go through changes anyways. Keep yourself healthy, and don't worry about weight..

im 11 and weigh 10 stone im pretty fat and have eating habbits but i try my best to lose weight but it wont come off. i will go to the store and buy this and if it works after a year i will subscribe anyway this should help me
