to justplayman I do not know what my blood type is and every time I get my blood drawn I ask to know (even offering to pay extra) and they will not tell me. However, what if I find out my blood type and I’m allergic to some or most of the food? (I have a lot of allergies and eat accoringly)

Go to a Health Food Store and buy BRAGG’S AMMINOS so you can digest food without problems.
If a person has Diverticulitis, they can get the “pockets” in the large intestines full of waste matter. That is what is cleaned out, if you have the problem. Search IMAGES for Diverticulitis and you can see what I mean.
