Quick-fix diet offers quick-fix solution. But since it isn’t actually something that gets into your body system and even daily habits, each pound you lost from performing this type of diet is either gained back after a fortnight or gain back after a couple of months. That suggests to say, quick-fix solution may not be as good as what you have expected it to be or not as reliable as you want it to be. The solution so is not racing against time but doing it slowly but surely.

The F-Plan diet does just like that. It was made in 1987 by British writer Audrey Eyton and regarded as the 1st lo-fat, high fiber diet. The F-Plan diet commends reducing the quantity of fat intake and increasing fiber intake to over the average level. Thus, discouraging less meals and promoting lowcal food intake.

The F-Plan

The F-Plan diet plan is composed of 1250 grams of fiber much higher than the recommended daily intake of 25-30 grams. It’s also composed from complicated carbs including baked potatoes, and legumes.

The standard daily food plan includes pieces of fruits, cereal mixed with low fat milk for breakfast ; fresh fruits and nutty coleslaw for lunch ; and mixed salad, baked potato, and chicken ****** ( skinless ) for dinner. Drinks included in the diet include tea, coffee with reduced fat milk, and nil calorie drinks.
